We at Tilak are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) with one of our partner companies – a well-established industry leader in the crane rental services sector, with assets valued at ₹60Cr+ and a strong national presence.

This is not a typical job — it’s a chance to take a traditional, highly successful business into its next growth phase.

What You’ll Do

• Drive digitization & modernization of business operations.
• Build a strong business development pipeline using LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Explore new revenue opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Work closely with the leadership team to design and execute growth strategies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong growth-hacking attitude.
• Someone who thrives in traditional industries but knows how to bring modern, digital-first solutions.
• Prior experience in business development, startups, or scaling enterprises is a big plus.
• Strong communication & networking skills.
