business operations, talent acquisition, and partner coordination

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership in driving daily business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients on behalf of the business team, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables.
  • Support HR in applicant coordination, initial candidate discussions, and recruitment scheduling.
  • Manage leadership communications, meetings, and project follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for client/vendor interactions.
  • Assist in vendor management (contracts, renewals, and invoicing).
  • Work across teams to learn and contribute to both business and people operations.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field.
  • Decent understanding of Technology and IT field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in roles such as EA, Business Analyst, HR Coordinator, or Operations Associate.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with leadership, vendors, clients, and applicants alike.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
