Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in the development of high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand technical needs and business objectives, providing expert advice on solutions and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and promote a culture of technical excellence.
• Partner with project managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to meet technical milestones and client expectations.
• Ensure software quality through thorough testing, code optimization, and proactive issue identification before deployment.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve development processes and software performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

Basic Requirements

• Strong proficiency in C# and at least one additional programming language such as JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Spring, Django).
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Azure SQL, MongoDB).
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and iterative development cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
