Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to take on a unique role that

combines strategic support with ownership of key business solutions. This position requires

strong analytical ability, operational oversight, and the capacity to manage critical initiatives that

drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership presence,

problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Requirements:

MBA or equivalent Master’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology.
10–15 years of experience in program management, business operations, or enterprise
solution ownership.
Proven expertise in HR, Finance, or Clinical/Healthcare operations.
Strong working knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, Zoho, SAP,
Oracle, BI tools).
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analytics, and presentations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience working in global, matrix organizations preferred.
