As an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Bangkok, your role involves developing the enterprise business in the assigned Geographies, with a specific focus on the hospitality segment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media platforms. - Conducting thorough research and analysis of the market potential, formulating strategies for Go-To-Market, and implementing these strategies effectively. - Arranging meetings with potential clients, nurturing customer relationships, identifying their pain points, and offering suitable solutions. - Recognizing business prospects, assessing potential leads, and sustaining client relationships by providing necessary support, information, and guidance. - Keeping abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to identify product enhancements or new offerings. - Generating reports, upholding top-notch service standards, and delivering engaging presentations on the range of products and services. - Enhancing professional and technical knowledge through participation in educational workshops, publication reviews, and involvement in professional societies. - Engaging in negotiations, finalizing deals, managing complaints or objections, and collaborating with team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Preferred experience in hospitality sales to effectively cater to the specific industry needs. - Mandatory proficiency in the local language (Thai) to facilitate seamless communication with clients and prospects.
