Enterprise Sales Managers are responsible for developing the enterprise business in their assigned Geographies. She/He should have a decent understanding of the hospitality segment and selling to hospitality customers1 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media2 Research and analyze the market potential, create strategies for Go-To-Market and execute the strategies3 Set up meetings with potential clients and develop relationship with the customers , understand their pain and propose the right solutions4 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;5 Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.6 Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.7 Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.8 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.9 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services10 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.11 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections12 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
