We areseeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. In thisrole, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying andacquiring new enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on hunting for newbusiness opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals for ourcybersecurity solutions. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Market Analysis : Stayupdated on current market trends, competitor activities, and industrydevelopments to adapt sales strategies accordingly. 2. Lead Generation : Utilizevarious channels such as emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.,to generate leads and identify potential prospects. 3. Prospect Engagement : Initiateand schedule meetings with key stakeholders in prospective client organizationsto understand their needs and present our solutions effectively. 4. Product Knowledge : Developa good understanding of our companys products, their features, benefits, andrelevance to the target market. 5. Price Proposal Creation : Preparecomprehensive price proposals tailored to the specific needs and budgets ofpotential clients. 6. Product Demonstrations : Workwith internal Technical Teams to organize product demos and presentations forthe prospects to showcase the value proposition of our products and address anyqueries or concerns raised by prospects. 7. Negotiation : Negotiate pricing andcontract terms with key stakeholders to close deals while maximizing value forboth parties. 8. Sales Performance Tracking : Monitorand analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement andformulate strategies to achieve sales targets. 9. Sales Target Achievement : Meet orexceed assigned sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes. 10. After-Sales Support : Ensureseamless transition and provide ongoing support to clients post-sale tomaintain satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. 11. Customer Relationship Management :Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to fosterloyalty and generate repeat business opportunities. Requirements Qualifications : 1. Bachelorsdegree in engineering (B.Tech, B.E.) - IT/CS/Electronics/Electrical, etc. 2. MBA orsimilar qualification is preferred, with relevant industry experience. Requirements : 1. Totalexperience of 4-7 years, with at least 3 years of a proven track record ofsuccessful B2B Sales in Industry sectors \u2013 Retail/Education/IT Technology/ITServices/IT hardware organization. 2. Preferablyhaving work experience in SaaS Sales of cybersecurity Products, Softwareproducts. 3. Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
