As a Cash Advance Sales Manager at SHOWROOM B2B, your role involves driving cash advance sales through premium counters and building strong retail and distribution partnerships. You will be responsible for implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets, leading B2B initiatives, and expanding presence in organized retail. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving cash advance sales through premium counters - Building and managing strong retail and distribution partnerships - Implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets - Leading B2B initiatives and expanding presence in organized retail - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to optimize strategies - Reporting regularly on sales performance and market intelligence To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields - 5+ years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably in fashion/apparel/retail - Strong network with modern retail chains - Excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship management - Deep understanding of Kidswear, Menswear, and Womenswear - Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh In addition to the above qualifications, preferred skills for this role include: - Experience with premium/luxury brands - Exposure to industry players like Buying/Trading Houses - Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and in-store execution At SHOWROOM B2B, we offer a great working environment that promotes learning and growth.
