Enterprise Sales Executive

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd., a Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble "P&G" Brands, your role involves engaging with corporate clients in the Delhi NCR region. Your responsibilities include daily client visits, understanding the HORECA business model, implementing cross-selling and upselling strategies, and expanding the product range. You will be developing area coverage plans, achieving target account-wise share, managing existing clients, acquiring new clients, and leading bulk sales efforts. Collaborating with stakeholders to close deals and ensure timely order execution is also crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct 5-6 client visits daily for sales meetings with corporate companies - Understand the critical success factors of the HORECA business model - Implement cross-selling, upselling, and range expansion strategies - Develop area coverage plans and achieve target account-wise share - Manage regular accounts for targeted sales & profitability in the HORECA segment - Interact with business houses and corporates in the assigned region for business meets - Lead bulk sales of all company merchandise - Manage existing clients, acquire new clients, and create brand awareness in new markets - Address client queries promptly and provide excellent service - Disseminate information on product use and new launches effectively Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Pharma/FMCG as a B2B sales manager or similar role - Demonstrated sales track record - Proficiency in computer skills and English communication - Strong market knowledge and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport with clients - Effective time management and planning abilities - Graduation/Post-graduation in Marketing or related field You are expected to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
