Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solutions Consulting Intermediate at Searce, you will be a revenue-owning, outcome-delivering forward-deployed solver (fds), responsible for driving AI-powered transformation within your portfolio of strategic client engagements. You will lead the charge from initial engagement to successful execution, orchestrating transformative business outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and relentlessly questioning the status quo. This role is not your typical sales or pre-sales position; instead, you will lead with a process-first mindset, remaining 100% accountable for the solutions proposed, deals closed, and real outcomes realized. Key Responsibilities: - Catalyze growth with a Solver's mindset - Own the revenue by forecasting, chasing, closing, and delivering - Architect and execute an account-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to earn client trust - Partner with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms to build a "native tech stack" - Consult and solve as the "face of Searce" in client stakeholder conversations and tech forums - Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking - Apply the proprietary evlos methodology to iterate fast and fearlessly - Design groundbreaking, AI-native, and cloud-forward solutions that reimagine business processes and deliver value - Mentor fellow solvers, share your playbook, and grow the next wave of transformation leaders - Stay curious, iterate fast, and improve relentlessly to inspire others and contribute to the company's values Qualifications Required: - Consultative Approach with Technical Depth - Client-Facing Fluency - Influence through Insight - Structured Problem-Solving - Delivery Ownership - Cross-Functional Leadership - Revenue Contribution Awareness - AI-native fluency - Modern Tech Consultant DNA - More than cloud-certified, cloud-capable - Sees tech through a business lens - Product-mindset meets consulting depth - Consulting Pedigree with 6+ years of experience in business technology & outcome consulting - Proven track record of driving tangible contributions to net-new services business development - Demonstrated effectiveness in client-facing technical pre-sales or solution architecting with 3+ years of experience - Growing understanding of the local terrain, empowering impactful navigation and direct solution contribution to client success Note: The company, Searce, is a "process-first", AI-native modern tech consultancy that focuses on improving real business outcomes through co-innovation with clients.
