Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the full sales cycle, focusing on large ticket sizes. - B2B SaaS Solution Sales: Target BFSI clients, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions. - Product Demonstrations: Showcase technical features and use cases relevant to BFSI companies. - Technical Understanding: Navigate technical discussions, address client queries, and communicate product capabilities clearly. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. - Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, tech, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer requirements. - Adapt Sales Strategies: Adjust sales strategies based on customer feedback, market trends, and product enhancements. - Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Maintain strong industry knowledge, including competitive offerings, market conditions, and compliance norms in BFSI. Requirements for this role: - Experience: 2 to 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably to BFSI clients. - Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing and closing large deals independently. - Technical Know-How: Proficient in delivering product demos, handling technical discussions, and using sales-related tech tools. - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Sales Metrics: Achieve defined sales KPIs, including quarterly revenue targets and pipeline growth. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or demonstrations.,
