Role Overview: As a Solutions Consulting Intermediate at Searce, your main mission is to be a revenue-owning, outcome-delivering forward-deployed solver (fds). You will be responsible for driving AI-powered transformation within your portfolio of strategic client engagements, leading from initial engagement to successful execution. This role goes beyond typical sales or pre-sales positions, requiring you to lead with a process-first mindset and remain 100% accountable for proposed solutions, closed deals, and realized outcomes.
