You will be responsible for leading the Yield Management System team for a 300mm Wafer Fab at Tata Electronics Private Limited. Your role will involve collaborating with the Digital/IT team to design and develop Yield Management software and Database. You will be tasked with creating a Data Integration framework to collect data from various sources such as E-test, Defect Inspection, Inline Metrology, and Sort. Additionally, you will develop algorithms for data analysis to facilitate root cause understanding and yield optimization using Yield Analysis Tools. It will be crucial for you to work closely with PI/YE, CFM teams, and vendors to drive continuous system improvements. Automation & Reporting will also be a key aspect of your role, where you will be required to generate Automated yield reports.
