Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy, focusing on both short-term and long-term business development plans Drive sales growth and team development through strategic leadership and effective sales management Meet and exceed company sales targets, ensuring growth in profits and expansion ofthe market revenue from the Enterprise Sales vertical Implement strategies to ensure 100% presence across emerging business opportunities within identified enterprise verticals, positioning Lauren Information Technologies competitively Apply strategic go-to-market models and tactical approaches to grow profitable Enterprise engagements and revenue base Build and lead a cohesive, productive team, leveraging individual and collective talents for winning proposals and business development efforts Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs in key enterprise accounts, conducting presentations and demos of AWS and Red Hat solutions Collaborate closely with ISV/OEM partners and AWS BDMs to extend reach and drive adoption, maintaining regular cadences with AWS teams Work with Marketing to launch account-specific plans, workshops, and engagement programs for enterprise clients Gather market intelligence, build account-specific databases, and stay informed on industry trends, technology advancements, and relevant enterprise IT policies Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of experience exceeding enterprise IT Services sales targets Proven track record in direct enterprise sales, key account management, and cloud computing background Extensive experience in selling cloud services to large enterprises, particularly AWS cloud services Strong leadership skills with a proven record of being a team player and working effectively in complex enterprise environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver accurate, nuanced, and direct messaging to C-level executives Demonstrated ability to work independently, build relationships with enterprise stakeholders, and respond quickly to client needs Experience in selling public cloud solutions to enterprises for at least 5 years Proven ability to analyze sales data, predict market trends, identify enterprise customer needs, and uncover new opportunities for cloud solutions Practical understanding of Amazon AWS and Red Hat technologies, as well as architectural benefits of SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms in enterprise contexts Preferred Qualifications: MBA or relevant advanced degree in Business or Technology Experience with multi-national enterprise sales Strong drive for results and enthusiasm to be part of Lauren Information Technologies' growth journey in the enterprise sector Fast-moving, start-up mentality with use case-driven experience in enterprise IT solutions Willingness to learn, curiosity to discover, and drive to ensure enterprise customer success Certifications in relevant cloud technologies or enterprise sales methodologiesRole & responsibilities
