As the Chief Risk Officer at our company, your primary role is to proactively identify internal and external risks, establish robust internal controls, and provide risk reporting that influences direct and indirect processes. Your understanding of various processes will aid in identifying emerging risks and complying with multi-country laws and regulations to implement proper controls. Additionally, you will serve as a guardian of the digital universe, fostering digital innovation while enhancing cyber risk resilience through risk technology to predict risk outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing various risks such as Financial, Technology, Brand, Reputational, Legal, Business, Statutory & Regulatory, Compliance, Strategy, Program, Innovation, and Operational risk. - Developing an integrated risk framework for the organization, assessing risk across all levels, and establishing quantifiable risk limits. - Implementing strategies to mitigate potential threats using risk metric software and industry knowledge. - Providing regular risk analysis reports to company executives with actionable plans to prevent threats. - Advising on capital allocation based on risk and monitoring risk mitigation progress. - Communicating risk measurements and reports to key stakeholders and developing insurance and financing strategies for unforeseen losses. - Overseeing audits, risk assessments, and documentation related to risk management and standard operating procedures. Your required skills and abilities include: - Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to take charge and act assertively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of risk analysis, database management, risk metrics, and capital management. - Familiarity with control frameworks and evaluating control effectiveness within business processes. - Understanding of risk and governance standards, Corporate Governance Principles, legal requirements, and compliance regulations. - Strong interpersonal skills to manage large teams effectively. - Problem-solving abilities and willingness to take risks. - Proficiency in risk management, auditing techniques, and accounting standards. - Ability to work independently in a collaborative environment, leveraging resources from other groups. - Capability to perform well under pressure in a rapidly growing environment.,
