Role Overview
:

We are looking for a proactive Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with enterprise hotel groups and chains using the Yanolja Cloud Solutions (YCS) suite. This role will focus on owning post-sale enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding across multiple properties, driving product adoption, and retaining and expanding enterprise customers. You will act as the single point of contact for enterprise clients and work closely with internal teams to deliver long-term value.


Key Responsibilities
:

Own and manage relationships with assigned enterprise hotel groups and chains.
Act as the single point of contact for enterprise clients across multiple properties.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, training, and go-live for enterprise accounts.
Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs to review adoption, performance, and ROI.
Monitor account health, usage, and adoption across YCS products.
Manage priority escalations and ensure timely resolution with internal teams.
Drive renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account details in the CRM system.

Qualifications
:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Relationship roles.
  • Experience in hospitality, SaaS, PMS, or OTA ecosystems preferred.
  • Proven experience managing group or multi-property hotel accounts.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of hospitality operations and customer workflows.
