Enterprise L&D & OD Leader

Role & responsibilities

• Consulting & Advisory

• Partner with client leadership teams to assess business challenges, learning needs, and organizational culture.
• Design L&D and OD strategies aligned with enterprise business goals.
• Conduct competency mapping, skill gap analysis, and succession planning frameworks.

• Program Design & Delivery

• Design enterprise-wide L&D programs (leadership, behavioural, functional, technical).
• Execute OD initiatives such as change management, cultural transformation, performance management, and talent engagement.
• Implement capability-building frameworks, learning academies, and career development pathways.

• Stakeholder Management

• Engage CHROs, HR leaders, and CXOs as strategic partners.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership interventions, and organization-wide learning initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for long-term impact.

• Execution & Measurement

• Lead large-scale program rollouts across multiple business units.
• Deploy assessments, surveys, and measurement tools to evaluate learning effectiveness and business outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 to 20 years of progressive experience in

  Learning & Development and Organizational Development consulting

  .
• Proven track record of designing and executing

  enterprise-wide L&D/OD projects

  in large organizations.
• Strong expertise in competency frameworks, change management, and leadership development.
• Experience in consulting/advisory roles with exposure to multiple industries preferred.
• Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Management is a plus.
• Certifications in OD, coaching, assessments (e.g., MBTI, Hogan, Korn Ferry, SHRM, CIPD) are desirable.
