Job Description

Enterprise Architect – Temenos | Oman

Onsite – Oman

Notice – Upto 60 Days


Role Overview

Enterprise Architect

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints (Business, Application, Data, and Technology layers).
  • Align IT strategy with housing finance and regulatory objectives.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective architecture for mortgage systems.
  • Lead architecture governance, standards, and review boards.
  • Evaluate new technologies and assess integration with

    core banking and Temenos platforms

    .
  • Support data architecture frameworks, analytics, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with business, IT, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Mentor technical teams and communicate architectural vision clearly.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years in Enterprise Architecture / Senior Technical Roles (3+ in Financial Services).
  • Deep expertise in

    Temenos Transact (T24)

    and related digital banking products.
  • Proficiency in

    TOGAF

    ,

    Zachman

    , or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with

    cloud platforms (OCI preferred / Azure / AWS)

    .
  • Strong exposure to

    microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and system integration

    .
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.


Preferred

  • TOGAF / AWS Solutions Architect

    or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience in

    housing finance or mortgage banking systems

    .
  • Exposure to

    AI/ML

    and

    RegTech

    for financial operations.
  • Prior involvement in

    digital transformation projects

    .
