We are seeking a TIBCO Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our client team in Chennai. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
· Provide L1/L2 support for TIBCO applications and integrations.
· Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues within SLAs.
· Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to higher support teams when needed.
· Ensure smooth functioning of middleware and integration platforms.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
· Maintain documentation of issues, fixes, and standard operating procedures.
· 1–3 years of hands-on experience in TIBCO support/administration.
· Strong understanding of TIBCO BW, EMS, Adapters, Hawk, or similar components.
· Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and scripting is a plus.
· Good understanding of integration and middleware concepts.
· Strong communication and analytical skills.
· Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in TIBCO (preferred but not mandatory).
Immediate joiners preferred.
