Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture strategy for managed services platforms. - Assess current technology landscape and identify opportunities for improvement and integration. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture requirements that align with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership and guidance during the development and implementation of solutions. - Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices. - Create architecture documentation, including models, diagrams, and specifications. - Facilitate architecture review sessions and ensure adherence to architectural governance. - Support technical teams in troubleshooting and resolving architectural issues. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.). - Proficiency in managed services platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture, including microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks. - Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform). - Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (ISO, NIST). - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. - Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud technologies would be a plus.
