As an Enterprise Architect - Managed Services Platforms Specialist at NCSi, your role involves designing and implementing robust and scalable managed services platforms to meet client needs. You will collaborate with teams to align business goals with technology solutions, evaluate existing architecture, and drive innovation within managed services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture strategy for managed services platforms. - Assess technology landscape for improvement and integration opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture requirements aligned with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership during solution development and implementation. - Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends for continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices. - Create architecture documentation, including models, diagrams, and specifications. - Facilitate architecture review sessions and enforce architectural governance. - Support technical teams in troubleshooting and resolving architectural issues.
