We at LTI Mindtree hiring for Enterprise Architect Education: Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum Experience: 8-12 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 days Location: Mumbai & Pune Shift: Afternoon Shift ( 2.30 PM to 11 PM ) Mandatory Skills: Enterprise Architect, EAM tools like LeanIX and TIME framework, Enterprise Architect frameworks lifecycle and methodologies eg. TOGAF Zachman Nice to have Technical Skills: .NET, Azure, SQL Job Summary: Application Rationalization Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing the organizations application portfolio Will work closely with EA business and IT stakeholders to assess plan and execute application rationalization initiatives application consolidation remove duplicate applications and find opportunities on cost savings reduce risks and invest ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies The candidates expertise will drive cost efficiency improve application performance and reduce complexity within the IT landscape Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field A Masters degree is a plus Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role with a focus on application rationalization Proven experience on EAM tools like LeanIX and TIME framework Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks lifecycle and methodologies eg TOGAF Zachman Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to assess complex IT environments Experience in conducting application portfolio assessments and developing rationalization strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with IT governance risk management and compliance standards Experience with cloud computing SaaS and emerging technologies is a plus Interested candidate pls share below details with update resume at surbhi.ojha@ltimindtree.com Overall Experience - Relevant Experience as Enterprise Architect - EAM Tools - Current Location - Preferred Location - Current Organization- Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice Period - Offer in hand - Comfortable with Shift Timings - Show more Show less
