Summary: As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to articulate a compelling vision for enterprise architecture, developing a target state, and creating a transformation roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions that shape the future of the enterprise, ensuring that architectural decisions support business objectives and drive innovation across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in enterprise architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture. - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and resilient systems. - Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
