You will play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our web applications, working seamlessly across both front-end and back-end components including the deployment process. This role requires a strong understanding of modern web development principles, a passion for creating intuitive user interfaces, and the ability to contribute to scalable and robust server-side logic.
- Developing, testing, and deploy features for web applications across the full stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Implementing responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented server-side code and APIs to support front-end functionality.
- Designing, implement, and maintain database schemas and interact with databases to store and retrieve application data.
- Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Diagnosing and resolve issues across the stack, including performance bottlenecks and bugs.
- Working effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Contributing to technical documentation for existing and new features.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively suggest improvements to development processes and tools.

You’ll Need To Have
- Bachelors degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Knowledge of IT operations and application development and Maintenance
- Knowledge and understanding of Web application Development using frameworks like React JS.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with at least one major JavaScript front-end framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Solid experience with at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby, C#).
- Experience with relevant back-end frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET Core).
- Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding and practical experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server), including writing complex queries and schema design.
- Proficient in using Git for source code management and collaborative development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and basic deployment concepts.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of fundamental security practices for web applications.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
