Please note: This role requires the trainer to operate from the campus. We can accommodate the cost for on-campus stay. If someone chooses to stay outside the campus with family, they would need to bear the cost.


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic English Trainer who can deliver high-quality communication and language training to learners. The role requires strong facilitation skills, curriculum delivery experience, and the ability to enhance learners’ spoken English, grammar, writing, and professional communication capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Conduct classroom and virtual sessions on English language, communication skills, grammar, and spoken English.

• Facilitate training for students, professionals, or corporate learners as per NIIT standards.

• Ensure high learner engagement through interactive, activity-based methodologies.

• Support learners individually to improve pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and writing skills.

Curriculum & Content

• Deliver training aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning outcomes.

• Customize content and activities as required based on learner groups.

• Provide feedback for curriculum improvement and learner assessments.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct pre-, mid-, and post-assessments to track learner progress.

• Share detailed feedback and improvement plans with learners.

• Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment data accurately.

Classroom Management & Reporting

• Manage batches effectively to ensure strong learning outcomes.

• Publish daily/weekly training reports and coordinate with the training manager.

• Adhere to training quality standards and organizational processes.


Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over spoken and written English

• Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills

• Experience in soft skills training is an added advantage

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills

• Ability to engage diverse learner groups

• Familiarity with digital learning tools and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS)

• Good interpersonal and learner-management abilities


Qualifications

• Graduate in English / Arts / Communication / Education (preferred)

• Certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or English Communication are an advantage

• Relevant experience in English language or communication skills training


Preferred Experience

• Corporate training, vocational training, or academic training experience

• Exposure to blended learning and digital learning methodologies

• Ability to handle both large and small batches effectively
