As a Soft Skills Trainer at Techolas Technologies Pvt. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. - Developing and delivering training modules on topics such as time management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, customer service, and presentation skills. - Assessing learners" performance through activities, role plays, group discussions, and feedback sessions. - Customizing training programs based on organizational or student requirements. - Mentoring and guiding learners to build confidence, improve public speaking, and enhance overall professional behavior. - Preparing training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools. - Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback for improvement. - Staying updated with industry trends and innovative training techniques.
