We’re looking for a Soft Skills Trainer who genuinely cares about helping students become their best selves confident, capable and career-ready. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging sessions on communication, confidence building, resume writing, interview preparation, and professional etiquette.
• Mentor students one-on-one to help them recognize their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Teach body language, presentation skills, teamwork, and workplace professionalism through interactive learning methods.
• Collaborate with the placement and academic teams to align soft skill training with employability goals.
• Continuously evaluate student progress and adapt sessions to meet individual needs.
• Create a safe, encouraging environment that inspires growth and self-belief in every learner.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, English, Communication, HR or related fields.
• Prior experience in training, counseling or teaching soft skills (preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A genuine passion for student development and personal growth.
• Empathy, patience and the ability to connect deeply with learners.
• A proactive, adaptable approach, we’re a startup, so flexibility and ownership are key.
