Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to develop, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products or services. You will work across various digital channels including social media, search engines, email marketing, and content platforms. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve brand visibility. You'll also be responsible for tracking campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-quality digital assets Manage and grow the company’s online presence across all platforms Monitor website traffic and user engagement through tools like Google Analytics Set measurable goals and track performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, etc.) Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance Stay updated on the latest digital trends and algorithm changes Assist with influencer outreach and affiliate marketing efforts Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, content) for integrated campaigns Support in video marketing and YouTube optimization Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Certification in Digital Marketing from recognized platforms or institutions is preferred Strong creativity with a willingness to try unconventional and innovative marketing methods Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and various social media platforms Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver tasks within deadlines Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and improve campaign performance Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay updated with current digital marketing trends Prior internship or freelance experience in digital marketing is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Tell us about a time when a campaign or project you worked on didn’t perform as expected.
