Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance the personal and professional skills of our students/employees. The ideal candidate should be skilled in communication, personality development, workplace etiquette, and overall professional grooming.

• Conduct interactive training sessions on communication skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Develop and deliver training modules on topics such as time management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Assess learners’ performance through activities, role plays, group discussions, and feedback sessions.
• Customize training programs based on organizational or student requirements.
• Mentor and guide learners to build confidence, improve public speaking, and enhance overall professional behavior.
• Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative training techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
