English Language Instructor

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach

  English language skills

  to undergraduate and postgraduate students (BBA/MBA).
• Conduct classes on

  spoken English, business communication, presentation skills, and professional writing

  .
• Improve students’

  vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and fluency

  .
• Design and deliver

  interactive sessions

  , including group discussions, role plays, debates, and mock interviews.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and assessment tools.
• Conduct regular

  language assessments

  and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Support students in developing

  soft skills

  , confidence, and personality development.
• Use modern teaching tools such as

  audio-visual aids, language labs, and digital platforms

  .
• Participate in academic meetings, training programs, and student development activities.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  English / Communication / Linguistics / Education

  or a related field.
• Strong command over

  spoken and written English

  .
• Certification in

  English language teaching

  (TEFL / TESOL / CELTA) will be an added advantage.
