Job Title: English & Soft Skills Trainer
Location: Faridabad & Okhla Delhi location Department: Training & DeliveryReporting To: Training Manager / Project Head________________________________________Job SummaryThe English & Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for training students or youth on communication, personality development, and workplace readiness skills. The trainer should be able to design engaging sessions that improve learners’ confidence, language fluency, and employability.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Conduct training sessions on spoken English, grammar, writing, pronunciation, and interpersonal communication.• Facilitate soft skills modules covering teamwork, time management, presentation skills, grooming, and workplace behavior.• Assess trainees’ performance through assignments, role plays, and feedback sessions.• Prepare and maintain daily lesson plans, attendance, and progress reports.• Create a positive and interactive learning environment.• Coordinate with project teams to ensure training quality and completion within timelines.• Support placement or mobilization teams by grooming students for interviews.________________________________________Required Qualifications• Graduate or Postgraduate in English, Communication, or any relevant field.• Certification or training experience in soft skills or communication will be preferred.________________________________________Experience• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an English or Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in skill development, education, or training institutions.• Fresh candidates with strong communication and training aptitude may also be considered.________________________________________Skills & Competencies• Excellent spoken and written English.• Strong presentation and classroom management skills.• Empathy and ability to motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.• Good command over MS Office and digital training tools.________________________________________Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: As per industry standards.
