Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate engineering staff activities to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement engineering plans, schedules, and budgets.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve efficiency.
Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills.
Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as an Engineering Supervisor or similar role.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
