Engineering Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Supervisor located in Chennai. The Engineering Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance and repair activities, manage construction projects, and ensure all engineering tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising the engineering team, coordinating with other departments, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Engineering Management experience
• Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair and Construction
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage a team
• C class electrical license holder or prior experience as Supervisor
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
