Job Description

Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all-building equipment and rooms. Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of Engineering staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.
Lead a team of engineers and ensure their work is aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
Develop and implement engineering processes, policies, and procedures.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Track project progress and adjust resource allocation as needed.
Provide regular status updates to upper management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
