Job Title: Engineering Supervisor Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee and coordinate engineering activities within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that engineering projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications, while supervising technical teams and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily engineering operations and activities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure deadlines are met. Manage and guide engineering staff, providing training and support. Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation. Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare reports on project status, resource utilization, and other key metrics. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
