Job Summary:

Engineering Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs for engineering roles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidates through the hiring process
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., software, mechanical, electrical, civil).
Provide an outstanding candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
Manage job postings and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate quality).
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) effectively for candidate tracking and process management.

Requirements:

1-5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering or technical roles.
In-depth knowledge of engineering skill sets, hiring trends, and job market dynamics in the U.S.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
Familiarity with ATS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
