Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity in US Recruitment to work in a dynamic environment to grow the Career.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles from intake to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
Proactively source candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, engineering communities, campus recruiting, and networking events.
Screen and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decision discussions
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the closing process.
Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on hiring metrics
Build and nurture talent pipelines for future engineering needs.
Promote employer brand and ensure a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualification

1-5 years of experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles with competing deadlines.
