About The Opportunity

Engineering manager/Technical Manager/Technical Project Manager

.NET, MERN stack

cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute complete project lifecycle - from initiation through deployment and post production support
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams working on backend (Java, .NET), frontend (MERN), and cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Run multiple Scrum teams and Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Use Jira and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage sprint activities and project tracking
• Liaise with US clients for requirement gathering, updates, and change management
• Proactively identify risks and drive resolution /mitigation strategies
• Ensure process adherence, required documentation, and QA best practices
• Ownership of project deliverables and client requirements with the agreed schedule, quality and within budget
  

Required Skills

• 9-15 years of strong IT experience, including 5+ years as an Engineering manager/Technical Manager/Technical Project Manager
• Strong experience managing web and cloud-based application projects
• Technically conversant with Java, .NET, MERN - able to engage with developers and understand architecture
• Proven delivery experience on AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Proficient with Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Certified in Agile methodologies (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with remote teams and US stakeholders
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with globally distributed teams (India, LATAM, US)
• Experience as a developer, tech lead and then moved to project management
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
• PMP certification is a plus
