Engineering Manager – Wind Projects

• Lead and manage engineering design and analysis for wind turbine structures, foundations, and associated mechanical systems.
• Perform and review load analysis under static and dynamic conditions for wind turbines and associated structures.
• Coordinate and supervise structural simulations, stress analysis, and fatigue assessments using relevant software tools.
• Review and validate design drawings, specifications, and technical calculations from vendors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with international and national standards (IEC, ISO, DNV, GL, IS, etc.) for wind turbine design and structural integrity.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with design intent.
• Support tendering and pre-bid engineering with load calculations, design evaluation, and technical inputs.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the mechanical and structural engineering team.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, design review reports, and client communications.
• Conduct value engineering and design optimization to enhance performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
• Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in utility-scale onshore/offshore wind projects.
• Knowledge of turbine certification and testing processes.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with international consultants.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
