Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage and mentor a team of senior and lead developers, ensuring technical excellence and professional growth.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project goals and align technology strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, code reviews, and successful execution.
• Develop scalable models and establish metrics to measure success and impact.
• Optimize resource allocation—hardware, software, data, and team members—to meet timelines and objectives.
• Monitor team performance and project progress, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration of applications with business processes and systems.

What You Bring

• Experience:

  10–14 years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing full-stack web development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies and architecture.
• Expertise in project management, technical solutioning, and code review.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to optimize resources and drive projects to successful completion.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices.
