Engineering Manager

Your Role

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, internal cross functional teams including Sales, for the flawless execution of multiple projects and Customer requirements.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Assist in the definition of project scope, project change request and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders

Develop a detailed Project plan to monitor and track progress of all Projects.

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure performance using standard project management tools and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the clients and relevant stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.

Create and maintain comprehensive Project documentation.

Online Meet with clients representatives to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

Delegate project tasks based on Core team members as per there individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Conduct Cost workshop to increase project profitability.

Use and develop leadership skills,

attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Perform other related duties as assigned

Your Skills

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Skilled in working with modern project management tools and methodologies.

Degree in mechanical/structural engineering or equivalent work experience.

Good in communicating in English

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
