Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  14+ years in software development, including 5+ years in product-based organizations.

• Technical Expertise:

  Strong in Java / J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, and cloud deployments (preferably AWS).

• Leadership:

  Proven experience leading small to mid-sized development teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.

• Agile Delivery:

  Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, driving retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

• Collaboration:

  Skilled at working with cross-functional teams — Product Management, QA, DevOps, Customer Success, and Support.

• Architecture & Strategy:

  Ability to define technical vision, guide design reviews, align product roadmaps, and evolve systems for scalability.

• Innovation:

  Foster innovation culture through coding challenges, process improvements, and productivity tracking.
