Mandatory: Proven track record of successfully obtaining vendor registration and pre-qualification approvals with at least 1-2 years in major upstream oil & gas operators in India (e.g., Exxon, Total, BP, ARAMCO, NPCC, QATAR PETROLEUM, ONGC, Reliance, GSPC, IOCL, HPCL, OIL, private operators). Strong understanding of relevant Indian and international oil & gas industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., API, ISO, OISD, ASME). Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management. Strong technical aptitude and a comprehensive understanding of various types of oil & gas equipment and their applications. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with relevant engineering and project management software. Willingness to travel frequently to client locations, vendor facilities, and project sites across India or Overseas.
