The Engineering Intern will work on live technical and business-impact projects under the guidance of senior engineers and project leads. The role provides hands-on exposure to real-world engineering problems, cross-functional collaboration, and practical application of academic knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions
Support data collection, analysis, simulations, and technical documentation
Work on process improvement, automation, optimization, or system enhancement initiatives
Participate in requirement analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Prepare technical reports, drawings, dashboards, or code documentation as applicable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, quality, and IT

Functional Exposure (Based on Discipline):

Computer Science / IT:
Software development, testing, data analysis, automation, cloud or AI/ML support
Mechanical / Industrial:
Process optimization, CAD design support, manufacturing analysis, lean initiatives
Electrical / Electronics:
Circuit design support, testing, embedded systems, instrumentation
Civil:
Site planning, quantity estimation, quality checks, project documentation
Core Engineering / R&D:
Prototyping, validation, simulation, and technical research

Learning Outcomes:

Hands-on experience with industry tools, technologies, and standards
Exposure to engineering best practices, quality, and safety norms
Improved problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills
Understanding of real-world project execution and teamwork

Eligibility & Skills:

Engineering students (BE / BTech / ME / MTech – any discipline)
