Job Description

overseeing the maintenance and repair

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise
the daily work of maintenance technicians and skilled tradespeople.
Execute scheduled
preventive maintenance (PMs)
on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Promptly respond to and manage
emergency repairs
and maintenance requests from all departments.
Ensure all team members adhere to strict
safety and fire prevention
procedures.
Monitor and manage the inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
Assist in reviewing and coordinating work performed by external
contractors
.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance logs and repair work orders.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify defects.
