Engineering Executive

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and performing preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment. Additionally, you will be recommending replacements when necessary. Your tasks will include calibrating controls, gauges, and meters, identifying shut-off valves, ordering parts and supplies, maintaining inventory, and stocking supplies as needed. You will also be inspecting tools, equipment, and machines, operating a power lift, completing life safety checklists, and inspecting fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems. Furthermore, you will assist in developing disaster response protocols and responding to guest repair requests. Your role will involve assisting management in various aspects such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees. You will need to adhere to company, safety, and security policies and procedures, report maintenance problems and safety hazards, and complete safety training. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, welcoming guests according to company standards, and developing positive working relationships with others will be crucial. You will also ensure adherence to quality standards and identify ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
