Engineering Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Associate to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative engineering solutions.
• Develop and implement new engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize engineering projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
• Participate in developing and implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality engineering work.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Familiarity with engineering software and tools is an asset.
