Job Description

Respond to and resolve guest repair requests, ensuring little to no supervision.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all hotel equipment and machinery, including cleaning and lubrication.
Ensure the continuous and normal operation of the hotel's power, water, gas, and HVAC systems.
Adhere to safety regulations, assist with fire system management, and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Maintain the maintenance inventory and requisition necessary parts and supplies.
