Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager at our company, your role involves proactively developing and creating customer relationships within your assigned area. You will drive the solution selling methodology with architects, developers, consultants, and other influencers to ensure that our KONE solutions meet customers" needs and create value throughout the lifecycle, considering the entire KONE product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include creating interest and demonstrating the value of KONE's digital offerings to influencers and customers, as well as growing KONE's position in your customer base or market area. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility - Drive solution selling methodology with architects, developers, consultants, and influencers - Create interest and demonstrate value of KONE digital offerings - Develop and grow KONE's position in your customer base or market area - Generate leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets - Find customer needs and design solutions to meet them - Set optimal market pricing for each solution - Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints - Document customer and contact information accurately in CRM - Gather relevant information about the market and competitors from the field - Provide timely and accurate reporting Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite - Knowledge of solution selling methodology and market pricing strategies At our company, we are dedicated to fostering an innovative and collaborative working culture where every individual's contribution is valued.
