Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze the Bill of Materials (BOM) and its levels.
• Manage and implement ECN/PCN processes with impact analysis.
• Coordinate with customers/designers for feasibility study and risk analysis.
• Identify tool & fixture requirements and coordinate timely readiness.
• Validate products, calculate cycle time, and perform line balancing.
• Set up product lines efficiently for new product builds.
• Prepare stage-wise PFCs, work instructions, and PFMEAs.
• Validate tools/fixtures and generate detailed validation reports.
• Identify CTQ/CTP and define golden samples.
• Manage multiple new products in parallel.
• Drive issue resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare First Article Reports and engage with customers for approvals.
• Provide product training to production operators.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Present updates clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Understand DFA for mechanical assemblies.
